You can see the bump on Chloe's head really clearly in this photo.
The bump is actually a little plastic valve that they put in under her scalp. The valve is attached to her skull, and there is a little plastic tube going through it. The upstream-end of the tube goes into her brain (into the ventricles), and the downstream-end drains into her abdomen.
This little bump will be there the rest of her life (but when she's bigger and has hair, no one will ever notice).
